Your health information deserves the strongest protection. This page explains how BioHealthcare Group secures your data across BioHealth Kitchen™ and our testing services.
We design our services on a simple principle: your data belongs to you. We collect the minimum needed to deliver your service, we protect it with recognised security standards, and we are transparent about how it is used.
Encryption: your information is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest on our systems.
Access controls: only trained team members who need your information to deliver your service can access it, under confidentiality obligations. Clinical information is visible only to the clinical team responsible for your care.
Accredited laboratories: samples are analysed in accredited laboratories, and results are transferred to us through secure channels.
Testing and monitoring: our systems are maintained, updated and monitored to protect against unauthorised access.
Blood, gut and DNA results are special category data. We process them only with your explicit consent, only for the purpose of delivering your testing, nutrition and care services, and never for advertising.
Your results are reviewed by our clinical team and used to shape your programme. With your consent, we can share them with your own doctor or healthcare team.
BioHealthcare Group operates across the UAE, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States and India. Where your information moves between countries to deliver your service, we protect it with appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections recognised under UK and EU law.
We maintain an incident response process. If a data incident ever affects your personal information, we will inform you and the relevant authorities as required by law, and tell you clearly what happened and what we are doing about it.
You are always in control: you can ask what we hold, correct it, download it or ask us to delete it by emailing privacy@biohealthkitchen.com. Deleting your data does not affect care you have already received, and some records must be kept for the periods required by law.
